Do you process your negs yourself or do you use a lab? If you use a lab, which one(s) in the L.A. area do you recommend?

I process my B&W stuff myself now. But I use Kodak Digital Image Center in glendale for all my negatives. Aldo, is the guy that runs the place and he is super nice.
