Both really. Usually she will do something and I will tell her to hold it. Sometimes after I take a picture Ill have her do a different pose; but almost always they start as spur of the moment.

Both. I try to stick to natural light or set lights rather than flashes.
Dont steal other people’s work when the sourced version is out there.
